• Quick responses within hours, not days.

• We’ll arrange an in-person meeting, video call, or phone call to go over your vision.

• Get ready for personalised service and transparency. My quotes are customised to fit your specific needs!

• To secure your date, a 20% deposit is required. This gets you officially on my calendar and allows you to check “photographer” off your wedding planning list.

Reservation / Payments / Cancellations

• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Without this payment, your date is not reserved.

• Balance payment must be settled before or on the event day.

• Extra hours: Rs. 5,000 per hour.

• Payments can be made via bank deposit or online transfer. Please send a receipt via email/WhatsApp.

• If cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable.

• If postponed, the deposit will be valid for the new date (subject to our availability). If unavailable, we will discuss alternatives or refund.

On Your Event Day

• Please provide requested details when booking.

• Allow at least 1 hour for the photo session to ensure quality.

• Locations and schedule must be agreed in advance. Changes are only allowed for valid reasons.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by you, makeup artists, or other vendors.

• Please assign only one or two coordinators to communicate with us. We cannot take instructions from others.
